[ModelLib] The Connor model with A current.

This is the implementation of the Connor model (John A. Connor and David Walter and Russell McKown (1977): Neural Repetitive Firing. Biophys. J. 18, pp. 81-102), which is a slightly-modified Hodgkin-Huxley model with an additional A current.
