This is an implementation of the soma compartment only of the Traub-Miles model (Roger D. Traub and Robert K. S. Wong and Richard Miles and Hillary Michelson (1991): A model of a CA3 hippocampal pyramidal neuron incorporating voltage-clamp data on intrinsic conductances. J. Neurophysiol. 66, pp. 635-650).
Conductances are from Traub, scaled to Ermentrouts Na. Potentials are from Traub & Miles (1991)
